Interview Scheduling
Our team manages the full recruitment process, including overseeing all job board and search engine posting. We review incoming applications and schedule interviews with each DSP's preferred schedule. Additionally, we confirmed the interviews with the candidates help ensure a strong show rate.
Background Checks
We manage the background check process from initiation through completion, providing updates and follow ups as needed.
Drug Screening
We oversee the entire drug screening process, from the employee communication and test scheduling to completion tracking, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met in a timely manner.
Paycom/ADP
Once candidates successfully complete their background and drug screening, we manage the onboarding process by setting them up in either ADP or Paycom. We also ensure that all required documentation is accurately completed and signed, maintaining compliance within Amazon standards.
I-9 Verification of Employment
We complete Form I-9 verification and review supporting documentation to confirm each employee is authorized to work in the Unites States and ensure compliance with federal employment requirements
Scheduling Training
Upon completion of all onboarding requirements, we schedule candidates for Amazon Driver Training using Amazon's designated scheduling system to ensure a smooth transition into their new role.
